Product Description:

3. The cooking and stewing equipment adopts a three-dimensional layout, which not only makes the department compact, but also utilizes the waste heat of cooking for stewing, fully utilizing energy.
4. The rice cooker, rice scraper, and hopper that come into direct contact with rice are all made of advanced PTFE coating technology or stainless steel structure, and the rice conveyor belt is made of food specific belt.
5. The electrical control adopts Omron programmable controllers from Japan and Schneider frequency converters from France, with high automation and low energy consumption.
6. The machine has a working capacity of producing 150kg of rice per hour (7.5 kg per pot every 1.5 minutes) with only 3-4 operators, resulting in high work efficiency.
